We provide a variety of different services. Our more popular services web hosting
and website design have their own sections. In this section you will find brief explainations
of the other services we can provide. Please email us for quotes on any services, as providing
standardised pricing is unfeasable with many website services.
Website Administration
Websites are constant work. Usually it is necessary to have someone to take care of your website,
monitoring things such as security breaches and bandwidth usage (and predicting when to change hosting plans)
and inform the site owner of website statistics they might wish to know.
Administration entails many number of tiny tasks which we
are able to provide to you. Administration costs start extremely low for low maintainence sites and scale up according to
the amount of adminstration the site in question requires.
Existing Websites
If you already have a website which needs expansion, optimisation or a simple make over we can offer whatever your requests
are.
Internet Telephone Setup (VoIP)
Take advantage of the low costs of internet phones to save money on STD, mobile and international calls.
We can setup your home or office with a VoIP provider of your choice (or recommend one for you) so that you can begin
making calls over the internet as you would with a regular phone.
Security
Most of our security services are provided when we build or update a website. If you believe a site you already own
is insecure and you want no other changes to your site we can upgrade security without any radical changes to your site.
We also offer VPN setups for those who require them.
PC Building
Desktop
If you are looking for a computer to surf the internet we can build a suitable PC.
We can either purchase and build a computer for you or build one from parts you supply to us.
This service is only available to those situated in the Hunter Valley.
Server
If you want us to build a server computer for you we can also provide that. We offer standard HTTP and SMTP (both Windows
and Linux) servers. We only provide this service to those situated in the Hunter Valley.
Payment Methods
We accept payments for services through many methods. Depending on where you are situated,
we allow payments via cheque, direct deposit (Australia only) and PayPal.
Other forms of payment are negotiable.
